Architected a consent-aware Dataverse schema for a lawyer demographics / search portal with RBAC and idempotent C# plugins. Deployed a Power Pages portal with per-attribute consent validation integrating CIS (Dynamics 365 CRM), and built an Azure WebJob for bidirectional Azure SQL–Dataverse sync and hybrid CIS–Clio integration — cutting manual entry by 70%.
Built and customized Dynamics 365 CRM solutions — Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, and Contact Center — on the Power Platform, delivering model-driven apps, C# plugins, and JavaScript client scripting.
