HelloX Tech Ltd. App Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications, companion apps, and related digital services published by HelloX Tech Ltd. Not every app uses every type of data described below. The data used by a particular app depends on the app’s features and the permissions you choose to grant.

1. Information our apps may access

Depending on the app and your device permissions, a HelloX Tech app may access:

  • Location data, for example to record routes, calculate distance, or provide location-aware features.
  • Health and fitness data made available through Apple HealthKit, such as workouts, distance, heart rate, or active energy.
  • Motion and activity data to improve workout detection or movement-related features.
  • Photos, camera input, or media you choose to capture or attach.
  • Content you create inside the app, such as notes, journal entries, preferences, labels, and other user-generated content.
  • Contact information you provide when you email us or submit a support or contact form.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate the app features you request, such as saving your content, displaying activity history, generating summaries, supporting companion-device features, responding to support requests, and improving app reliability and usability.

3. On-device storage and app architecture

Many HelloX Tech apps are designed to keep core user data on your device by default. When an app stores data locally, that data remains on your device unless you explicitly share it, export it, back it up through your own device services, or the app clearly tells you that a cloud feature is being used.

4. Third-party services

Some apps may use third-party services that are necessary to provide a feature, such as weather data, mapping, communications, or platform services. When that happens, the app may send only the information reasonably needed for that feature. If a specific app uses a material third-party service for a key feature, we aim to disclose that in the app experience, app listing, or related documentation.

5. Sharing and selling

HelloX Tech Ltd. does not sell your personal information. We only share information when needed to provide a feature you request, when you choose to share content yourself, when a service provider is necessary to operate a feature, or when disclosure is required by law.

6. Permissions and your choices

You can decide whether to grant permissions such as location, camera, photos, motion, notifications, or HealthKit access. You can also change those permissions later in your device settings. Where supported by the app, you may delete content you created inside the app. You may also contact us if you have a privacy question or request.

7. Children’s privacy

Our apps are not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through our apps.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date on this page.
